It was capitalised by Africans and other foreign experts and administrators who have expertise in relevant fields and share the same passion for development services. The company presently provides bespoke technical services to Africa with projects in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Republic of South Africa. Company offices are located in the United Kingdom, South Africa with a representative office operational in Nigeria since second quarter of 2003 and Ghana in first Quarter of 2009.
The company is run by a Board of Directors consisting of accomplished ICT and Telecommunications experts and eminent administrators. The board is active and is hands-on, regularly directing management activity. Indeed the company has developed a unique management style that utilises active rotation of management personnel for projects.
